This weeks spins..from the 18th March

Monday 18th - Glendo 9.30
Tuesday 19th - Glendo 6.00 , if somebody wants to run the Tuesday road loops , then please post
Wednesday 20th -6.30 Lamb Doyles - over ticknock, ww , Tibradden and Masseys...yes you can do it..
Thursday 21th - 6.00 Taylors Roos ripper - total frickin singeltrack !
Saturday - 9.00 Hour of Pow - Djouce - for everybody
Sunday -10.00 Lamb Doyles - big spin to Djouce and back on the road.
As far as Sunday is concerned I will be heading out at 9.30 with Carol,Shona, Orla,Erica and Jacqui and any of the lads who are feeling weak and I mean weak..I will ask Jack to round up the savages to follow us at 10.00am , if you think you qualify for the 9.30 gang email me or crawl in to the shop on your belly bring me a Mocha and some Cadburys Turkish delight..
the purpose of this is to keep the spin moving..

Well one spin down and only Friday off but I might have a plan for that if the weather is good !!

Eh..I think I may end up on Killiney Hill after all tonight !! I'll keep you lads posted . Colm is away so hes not running his normal Tuesday MTB spin !

Great spin with a great bunch of people...like Mondays rip around Djouce, a good solid ever improving bunch of people..some screams out of Shona ..very slippy up there and very hard going. What I love about these spins is that everybody is great at boosting each other and helping each other out. Harri is the life and soul of the spin and Jack is the hero at the rear making sure everything runs smooth. We are very lucky to have these great guys to help me with the spins. I'm tired now..Non Stop Schlomp riding since last Thursday..Jesus I'd love a stretch of dry weather..
I have to go out and do it all again tomorrow !

Super to be out on an Epic spin. Tough conditions up there with the slush, snow infested schlomp. Richie masterly steered us and we stayed low and missed the worst of the snow. Everyone was motoring. I was behind Shona on the last section and she was absolutely flying, she was pulling away from me but then the sneaky schlomp holes took her out. Impressive scream and riding! Then I came across Byrner humping a tree, funny stuff.

yeah..i dont know what happened there, twice in one week ! Twice in one week for picking up stray Team Worcers !

Great rip around tonight !! Another Saaavage route put together by the commander ..Love that drifty slippy feeling on that Schlompy rooty stuff .... Great fun tearing around the place ..We even had time for a quickie porno posing session..Headlined by our very own Uber DJ !! Great to have Iomair , Simon and Harri out on these spins again ... Thanks peoples

Great spin even if there was a bit of snow (again), it was exactly what I needed to wake me up this week. Harri spent the whole spin distracting me with his humor & 1 liners causing me to fall over alot, but all in good Wednesday night fun. see ya on Sunday guys & thanks again.

Wednesday night is the best! it really is, I mean really, WTF?, if you're not on these you are . . . I don't know, missing out big time?

Ronan - 'listen all yo this is Dab-o-tage' yes indeed it was you absolute b'x !! kidding. Some amazing skidding, sliding and prancing and dancing. Funny parts - Ronan wanting to climb the masts to see if he could hook-up a power supply for an impromptu dance-off. Gary gets full grip from his 29er at all times - I have no idea how he does this. great to see Simon - it's been to long. I couldn't see nothin' it was mad! flying like eejits! wa-hey!!!
