that stupid yoke is going to be wrecked by the end of tomorrow night but at least your still man enough to go on my spins..seems to me theres a bit too much touchy feeling sensitivity in this Club lately !
Now folks..theres nothing to stop other people running a side by side spin with this one on a Tuesday..jump on at Djouce and see how far you can go for. Or jump on at Enniskerry and go , see how long you can last for , its one way of getting better.

That was awesome to the max baby, gentleman that Byrne fella! He is getting the hang of running spins, it's about time too, some crack out there with a bunch of legends, what else would ye be doing on a night like this, I even got back to the car dry! Thanks lads

all I can say is what an amazing spin..
And 100% brilliant bunch of guys on the spin. Now i've been running clubs as long as the sport has been in Ireland and while you can never understand you and your riding until you have raced ,racing ruins clubs. It causes divisions and petty jealousy but when its a spin just for the hell of it and the adventure, then none of that **** matters..I'm not training, I don't use a hr monitor and I dont watch my diet or calculate my hours or rest..I just ride and when I do that it seems to infect loads of great people with the same passion for just riding.
That was an amazing spin in stunning conditions..I consider myself blessed to have the passion to do this nearly daily and to have a huge group of people I can enjoy it with. Great to get away from 3 Rock and get stuck in to a big mountain and do some really scary sh*t !
