Wednesday night spin from Lambes usual route , If we can remember it !! Probably stay in amongst the trees if the weather is as bad as it has been ..... Try get in a steady 2 hours of riding everybody welcome ..... Post if 7:00 would suit better ....

all you ever need for a deadly spin is 3..once upon a time it was always me, Damo and Alfie. Before that it was always me ,Sean and Bruce but thats a long,long time ago. So you ,Iomair and Harri should be good.
