Sunday 21st XC Spin 10am Lambers....

For those of you not going Enduro'ing!

Calling all club riders, 10:00 at lambers, ticknock heading across to toms, up rock dropper, shouge, Wicklow way, down to legend part 2, tibradden, cruagh hellfire, back into massey's,
up cruagh, tibradden, up to fairy, metro, down dream, in that order,

This spin is open to all club members, nice and steady, all have the right gear and spares to avoid any mechanicals.

good man Niall , you legend...thats what we like to see in EPICmtb. A very senior rider like Niall running a spin. Thanks !
