Sunday 5th XC Spin Lambs 10am

Hi All, not sure who is racing on Sunday up in Rostrevor but for those of you who are not, I will be leaving Lamb Doyles at 10am for a long steady XC Spin.

Usual rules apply, if you can stay with me well and good if not hang on as long as you can and then continue on your own.

I will stop at a few junctions on the way, usually at the bottom of a descent.

The route is as follows

Ok thanks to SMithers and Alfie , I am now on this spin..lets make it an old school kind of a spin..but I have agreed with Smithers that he is in charge..it will be hard for a Bully like me but I will do it for my pal :)
