What a spin, or should I say race! Very quick one with Alfie and Niall, I think it definitely cleared the remains of my Man Flu. Mini Bog is wet as ever.

Yea you guys really went for it alright , the rest of us had a good spin too ... just a bit slower !

I blame Niall.could hardly hang on to him for the first have of the spin
Luckily he went head first into the bog of death and that seemed to put manners on him...
Some gallop back on the road!
