I am not racing (as usual!) on Sunday, so I am taking the big bike down to Lug early Sunday morning. This will be a regular sunday pace. If you are coming along stick up a reply so we know to wait if you are a few minutes late.

Cracking spin, the descent is brilliant and well worth the long slog up. Legs are a bit tired now after doing it twice this week!! Great group out too, nice one lads..
Seen the photos on facebook it looked savage, I did a spin over some of the Blackstairs Mountains on Saturday. I big fella like me is not built to cycle up hill in that heat, that said all worth while when you make it up.

Tres Bon spin. Probably the spin of the year or three. Bodies flying in all directions, everyone bleeding and grinning from ear to ear at the end. Lugillkillya is the mutha mountain, if the climb doesn't kill you the descent might. The Culchie is part of the elite now.
