Heading to DJouce on the bike ready to go for 7:00 I havent been on the bike in a while so it will be steady no stopping.

Hey rasher I will come along with you if thats ok? I'm assuming its 7 pm?!!

Only thing is can someone pick me up near Rathmines as I don't have transport ?

If I lived in Dublin I would pick you up I'm based in Wicklow town. Sorry I cant help you out.

Caroline hijacked my spin, I was delighted she did she put together a great loop around DJouce, I am so unfit right now. Cheers caz I really enjoyed that spin nice one.

I was struggling at the back and you were taking it in you stride .I think we might have young David Conroy with us next week.

Davey and Paddy have come a v long way since the first spins around Djouce Marko...

Yea graham we were just talking about this last night! They are great lads. Marko just pulled them out of thin air and set them on their way to become super heros!

The lads have achieved a great deal in such a short time , there commitment and dedication and atitude have got them where they are and there parents driving them all over the country for training and races. i'm very proud of them.

Agreed - fair dues to you Marko and everybody else who's helped the young lads improve so fast!

Thanks Richard and oz I could only take them so far , robin is taken paddy to the next stage and all who ride the meet grinder so hats off to all who give paddy tips and helpfull hints. Richard David's dad is doing a great job with him David lives in rathdrum they drive a long way to do the club league. Once these lads keep getting support and encouragement they will go far be it enduro or xc. Keep these lads going and somebody in the bike business give them free bikes.
