Can't make Saturday morning or Sunday so going to head up to three rock for a spin tomorrow afternoon if anyone wants to join me? Going to head for a two hour or so rip a round maybe have a rip down an Enduro stage or two to see what it's like on the anthem, not going to be a killer pace! All welcome! Post if your coming or there is a chance I ll leave with out you or turn up late but I'm going anyway!

That was some burst Chris we covered nearly 33 klms around Ticknock-Tree-Rock and even Squeezed in a good few of them Enduro stages ....Some of them were very Sketchy ...Hope they have plenty of First Aid lads hanging around ......Nice little training session 
Yep good spin great crew about three rock and some set up for the euduro's tomorrow fair play to the biking.ie crew it'll bea cracker! Tried my hand at some of the Enduro stages was able to handle most parts but not at any great speed! Covered a bit of ground but had the craic along the way! Nice selection of trails for it and plenty of stuff I've not been down before!! Just me and Gary did a few hours lovely afternoon for it!! The rest of ya missed out haha!!
