Change of plan if anybody is coming I will be meeting at the glenview hotel carpark on the bike ready to go for 7:00 heading up the red lane across the common and into DJouce for a rip 2 hours steady xc spin suitable for s 3 riders. Great training for national champs.
Deadly spin I was joined by ste t and David Conroy we hit our old training loop, this loop helped bring David and paddy on we cycled this loop every week last summer and look at these two under 16 champs now dominateing there field. I cant say I've improved I think I'm going backwards. Great to be out with these lads great to see ste t back on the bike.
