Smithers Spin Sunday 30th 9am Lamb Doyles

Ok Kiddies, seeing as Sunday is to be only Massive, I will be running a spin.

As the title says!!! I want to go as far as Djouce, and maybe over Djouce to Ballinastoe legs permitting!!!

Back on the road to Lambs for Lunch / Beer

I will going on my Trance, steady up and fast down!!

This is open to whoever wants to come along, its going to be the craic!!

Please post if your coming as I need to pick a sweeper and helper.

Good turn out today, thanks to all who turned up. So I led the spin up Metro and then I was at the back for rest of the day, having a few good dices on the downy bits. Showed Alfie my elbow blocking technique on Gc ;-),Nice coke and boost bar break in powerscourt. I found the trance with fat tyres hard work today and just cruised home from Djouce. Some crack watching Stephen Pollock fixing his puncture with Niall Quinlans squeaky pump hahaha.
