Wish I could make these Sunday spins lads but they are way to early for me as I'm busy working nights again. Have a good one.

A Ronan if Doris read that he would laugh, he's often come off an all nighter and then straight onto a spin!!

I've tried a couple of times Terry, it's just no fun, ya feel like death on the bike, well I do anyway.

But then again Doris is some sort of superhuman, or Alien or something like that, he can do things on a Bad day the rest of us can't on our best!

It all started when I raced A1 with the roadies (back in the 90's). I finished Peekers night club at 4 am ,crawled home at 5 and up at 9 for a serious race. All was fine if I was on the stout, but the larger was actually the slops from the waste tray....then i'd suffer!

I should make it tomorrow. See yous at Lambs.

I think I need to lie down now!

Sharp pace from the onset... Thank Christ i grazed my knee and had to bail early. Thanks rudolph for the first aid
