Not going to be able to make it out of work in time to get down to the Djouce spin so im going to stick to the usual Tuesday night XC loop if anybody would like to join me I would be glad of the company ... Itll be steadyish but if anybody who hasnt been on that loop before wants to join me then ive no problem takng it handy Il probably be tired after todays spin anyway . All welcome...Thanks !

Sorry if anybody was waiting in Lambes for me ! Didnt leave the shop till 6:20 so didnt get to Lambes till 6:50 ..Just me and John Smithers tonight good little training session ..BOD was still pretty dry usual puddles but nothing bad .... I found an Epic Gilet at the NPS forrest section at the top of Toms so if its yours let me know and I can bring it to the Club League ...
I think that might be Cantos he had one with him when we left Lambs.
