Hi folks sorry for late post , please put up a post to support our spin of 3 rock , help find my way around and have fun watchin me lead from the back , just keep turning left! We will need our lights , we are still working on the route so terms , changes and conditions may apply .

Thats brilliant folks looks like good weather too. Ive been doing some serious training with my boys, scooters and buggys on school runs, cake and coffee, so i should be on fire.
