Thursday epic spin meeting at Taylor's 3 rock bar at 645.

This spin is for all epic riders with a light. We have a great route which we are sticking with for two more weeks before we tweek it up . Please put up a post if your coming get the buzz going . These night spins are the spin of legends in the making . The weather makes you tough, the lights sharpen your sences, riding with some of these guys just makes you so much better . Bon for his climbing, oscar for his downhill speed , we all have plenty to offer, so come on , get out for your club , i want a big group this week

I just cycled home from work and I was nearly standing still at one point from the wind, I am going to die tonight....

Well now , that was one of the best night spins I've been on , a crackin route and a brilliant group, thank you folks . The pace was lovely and relaxed as where the people ,everyone got there foot down, weather perfect , trail where great . I'm just so happy to get out with epic on another fantastic spin , big numbers too . thank you all. Absolutely dabulous.

What a laugh tonight, the gods were kind to us. Even after the rain the trails are still great.
