That was a great spin with a deadly group this morn. Still unbelievably dry and everyone is flying. Andy got stung by a flying scorpion or something like that it might have just been a bee or a wasp though... Great route, nailed the sleeper jump in GOD but nobody saw so it didn't count, next time I'm goin last so everyone sees the red road never gets any easier but it worth it for the decent down the side of the sugarloaf (nailed that jump too btw) brilliant morning to be out. Great spin today, my first time at Kindlestown. Pretty good tracks and plenty of heart pumping hills. I'm glad that I did that steep decline under the tree. It's not that long ago when I would've been too scared to do that type of drop.

ah yes the drop it's eluded me for decades, centuries even, but today, no. No head-wreck - just bombing down. It's amazing how fast every one is going, 2 hours moving time 900m's of climbing I think. Great gang. Legs are very tired now.
It's funny when you start mountain biking you think, How can this get any better? Days like today are answer. great day. Big jump off the 'loaf is great - if all jumps rolled into and out of like that one!
Diarmo is flying. You asked me in the car park was he ok and could he keep up and I'll repeat, soon enough it'll be us trying to keep up with him. He's well able to handle the pace of a Saturday spin. Keep it up diarmo :)
