Awesome spin with sound group. If all the night spins are half as good as that it'l be a deadly winter. Me, Andy , orla, Ben, Alan, iomhair set off from fox's bang on time. Followed the normal wed route with a few minor additions. Al decapitated himself on the old mad race course and then burped his tire. After a short rest we watched iomhair get undressed and then set off back up ticknock over the wicklow way and down the wocca's and legends for desert! Thanks folks

Deadly spin, very out of shape after a 3 week break from the MTB (must try harder as it used to say on the school report!) great gang out, Alan will be 3 inches shorter in the morning and his head will be backwards but he should be grand for Saturday! Oscar was so turned on by my striptease that he added a "h" into my name. Ben was flying, not surprised since he's out 4 times a week since baby Harry (not Harri) arrived. We need to see pics coz we don't actually believe that you and your missus had a baby! Andy left us for dust up Toms! Thankfully I woke up this morning with my head the right way around and no pain in my neck. After I hit that tree last night, I don't know was it the shock or whatever but I had no energy after that and really struggled for the rest of the spin. It was torture. I felt like giving up at one point. Ben was very good to provide me an escort up Tom's, I think he could see how much I was struggling. Fair play to all of you for putting up with me and being patient. It wasn't my night. Yous are a good bunch. I love being part of Epic!
