feeling sick so i wont go on the spin

Small crew out today as good few went to rostrevor. Caroline, Jackie, Harri, Andy and myself. Great day for it, I wasn't cold at all even though I was dressed for summer. Fabulous clear blue sky and sun shining. We rode up to the top of the mountain and took a few minutes to enjoy the view over the green fields with Bray in the background. Caroline shared some horrible experiences she endured being brought up in Bray with the local gossipers. My dodgy pervert movember mustache made a few inappropriate comments which I apologise for. Thanks guys for really enjoyable spin.
