Just seen this now. Im just around the corner from Good Council Pitch. I normally leave about 5:40 and can meet you. Ill give you a buzz now.

Great spin last night With Erica , Andy , Iomair and myself how some how ended up spin leader which is strange as I get lost on the metro some times.
Slightly different route to normal due to low numbers and very wind. Stuck to the forests as much as possible and I think we did 3 of the enduro trails which were all deadly and muddy but good fun even on a hard tail.
And thanks to the guys that have marked out Rock N Roller much easier and faster now.
Iomair was out on a mission last night I think he's started his marathon training now. Fair play to you man.

well done all, sadly missed this due to the wonderful opportunity of cleaning up kids projectile vomits!

Great spin with a small gang. As Spinmaster Ben said, we stayed in the forest for a large part to keep out of the wind more than anything else. Amazing how dry a lot of it still is up there although we had plenty of slithery moments. Don't know the name of the trail but there was one where we all literally slid down on our arses! Ben crushed his meat and two veg, Erica offered to sort him out but we didn't think it appropriate all things considered! Yeah was on a mission alright, a mission I want be taking up again in a hurry, from home to town yesterday morn to Alfies shop to meet ben, up and around 3rock and home to Castleknock after, 60 odd kms of a Wednesday! Suffice to say the legs were jelly by the time I reached home. Thanks to Erica for the Nutri grain bar and water and ben for the jellies :) Looking forward to a well earned pint tomorrow evening.

Great spin last night. Nice route Ben. Some of those enduro trails were slippy. Some great crashes last night aswell.

That was a great spin! Nearly missed it due to a last minute change in meeting point, but luckily the guys managed to spot me, even though i was bomming it past lambs :) Thanks 'one more trail' Ben for leading, and not getting lost!! There was a lot of skidding on arses (or goolies in bens case) down that enduro trail, flippin hilarious!
Iomar, ill bring the steak and chips for you next time!
