Great spin thismorning lads..amazing how much you can get done in a couple of hours...poor Chris had a major wardrobe malfunction when he tore his drawers off on a pointy rock and had to scurry back to the car with his hoop on full view

Ye good spin this morning! That was until I had a spill and ripped my short tore a good chunk of my arse out so instead of making the lads look like a gang steamers chasing by bare arse around I headed off back to the car like tommy from love hate frightening a few hill walkers along the the was! Must remember to pack a spare pair of shorts next time!
