Great spin, 36 km all in. Very muddy and icy, had a good laugh outside the leadmines gate having to cross the road on my knees because of the sheet of ice on the road.

I wasn't as tired after a spin in a while

Sorry I ended going out for drinks last night and stayed out too late. Shame as the weather was nice and bright today. Will be back to normality next week
