Thanks Richard, as you say catering for different interests. I'm personally not interested in chasing a load of fit ****ers up the hill all day, as I'm sure they wouldn't be interested in hanging around for me. That's not to say our spin won't be challenging or fun. As Shona says we try to maximize the descending. See you at ten RL?

Great wet and windy spin with Orla and iomair. Cheers Orla and iomair it was great to get out, I'm going to fix up the big bike for these spins.

Nice 1 guys, it sure was wet! Was sitting in the car beforehand thinking coffee would be nice but once you get out that thought soon passes. Great spin and it wasn't that bad once you were moving. Thanks orla, lovely route despite trying to kill me down phantom!

I should have known I was in trouble when Rasher turned up in full on lycra and his race bike. Spent the day chasing around these two fast feckers. However I had my revenge by throwing them down the wettest slippiest and sideways trails I could find! Good fun. Thanks Mark and Iomair for turning up on such a miserable morning, but once we got going it was fine. Havent seen Djouce so slippery and wet. Myself and Shona plan to do a Sunday alternative spin as a regular thing so anyone that wants to join in is very welcome.
