Deadly spin tonight myself, Alfie, Colm, Oisin, and the young buck on the trance sorry forgot your name! Headed up my the blue light working over to toms, wokas, legends xc, then back by Masseys, that was more of less the route! The wokas in the dark was interesting but good once I got into the flow, legends xc is just an excellent trail! Great evening to be out on the bike not cold or windy thanks Alfie and co

I was struggling a bit all night after upending myself at the start of the spin
Pretty sore today

Great loop and legends is definitely my favourite trail up there at the moment and Masseys is always great to finish with. Hope your not too bad Alfie you were going at a fair pace when you came off.
