Hi folks, we're really getting the hang of this mountain biking, with the woop di do 's and what not, skittin and craicin, please join me for a good rip following the same route as last time. The pace will suit you. I 'm really enjoying the mild weather so get out with us, come on! work sucks, the kids are so........ Be yourself for two hours and you'll find you can be kind to others.
