Shona, Mick, Stevo and myself started in ok conditions. headed up the back way up to three rock. hit some of the trails including pin ball and the tractor trail then headed over towards tibradden for some XC legends. meeting Oscar on the way. but by that time the weather had turned and was a very wet end to the spin, especially on the road home.... fooking soaked and freezing...
First proper spin after two weeks fighting the "I'm going to take all your energy and make you feel crap for ages" virus! Was feeling dead but it was great to be out hitting some trails on the big bike. Good old banter spinning around too, very enjoyable, thanks folks. Stove is lit, coffee is made and track cycling is on the tv, perfect for muscle recovery!
jasus I may have ruined the spin today!!! I really suffering at the middle and at the end, I managed ok for pin-ball but that was the highlight of my spin. the weather really came in once we were nice and exposed on the woccas. But all in all it was good to get out!
only 6 weeks and counting til the first enduro!!!!!
