Thanks guys for waiting for me at the start, I didn't expect that. I agree it was a good Spin till the hike a bike part at the end. I watched a TedTalks talk last night, the guy was saying that there are two measurements for happiness, 1 how you experience something as it is happening and 2 how you remember how an experience was from your memory. From loads of studies they have found that the two accounts are usually very different. For example they have asked people undergoing some types of surgery how they are experiencing things as they happen and then ask them again later on when it's over. Nearly every time the perception from memory of how it was differs to the account given while it was
