What a spin last night some distance covered and great not to have to clean the bike after. A load of trails that I've never been on in the leadmines I need to get back up and practice them went over the handle bars on Katy's and wrist is in bits now but sure it ll be grand in a day or two! Light went out on the scalp but sure we were on the way back at that stage. Great way to spend a Tuesday thanks Alfie and co.

Nice one lads. Went out on road with lynchy great evening for cycling. Chris Alfie's trying to injure u ahead of the nps. ;-) watch out.

Nice one guys, great evening for it and good group out. First time back on the HT in a while and I can feel it today. You just get used to riding the bouncy bike over everything so heading down Katys on the HT in the dark is always a bit more challenging !. Hope the wrist is OK Chris. Thanks lads
