We will run through some basic skills that should be second nature to all of you by now and then progress to a few more advanced ones, which will include:

The manual
Bunny hop
Lateral bunny hop
High speed cornering.

No drop offs at this session so it will be suitable to all levels.

There will be a bit of standing around so wear an extra layer. Bring bikes that you can drop the saddle on, if possible.

Terry, would you have a piece of a climbing rope 2-3 long by chance that I could borrow?
