a tough pacey spin lastnight, covered loads of 3 rock and most of the trails in good shape. was a good bit of the front last night... damn cold... but still a deadly one...

A fast tour around Three Rock alright. So quick that Chris pulled the hub out of his wheel, Gav fell off and Nial went faster than the speed of light. The last trail was nice, I think it’s Turny-Ferny.

Yep was enjoying that spin last night untill my hub shit itself! Thanks Alfie for doing a job on it to get me back to the car park much appreciated! Great to have the long evenings back and great to see so many people out on there bike on a week night! thanks
