Sat 5th of April, 3rock Coaching and Spin

Same as last weekend, combined Saturday's spin and a coaching session.

9am upper car park (I will probably Park in Lambs and spin up around 8:30)

We will be working on:

- Recap of last weekends skills
- step up
- drop off
- pumping

And if we have time:

-technical climbing
-technical descending

Please make sure you can drop a saddle on your bike to make the most of the session.

I fancy giving this a go if you have room for one more Max.
Of course, there is no limit, everyone's welcome
So this concludes all my skill sessions! I hope that everyone got something out of them, even it it's just a small thing.
Everyone was riding well today, if I was to give you some tips for the future the most important would be:

- be more active on the bikes, drop your saddles more often and move around on the bike
- practice the things you are NOT good at
- putting a set of flats on and going practicing in your local park will improve your bike handling skills hugely
- challenge yourselves, like we did with the water gap or the drop, try to ride new lines and be creative with new ways of going over obstacles. It's easy just to ride the trails the way you are used to but it might not be the best way!

If there is any other particular skill that would like to work on let me know and we can go out again some time. The only thing I won't be able to help you with are jumps, but perhaps we could find someone you could come along and do a session on those?
