Sunday Spin 13th April - Lambs 10am

Lambs for a 10am start.

hopefully weather is good so we will head out for a good spin in the mountains...

Post if you are coming....
Myself, Rudolf, Colm and canto went a great dry long spin...pace was steady and we didn't really stop apart from a few bar breaks.

We went; Lambs up passed the blue light and the goats. then the lower part of the old mad course, up to the trail along the bottom of rocknroller, and up Spartacus? and the rock trail to the fire road. up some more then down part of lower metro over the tar mac road and in to the wood over to Toms up the switch back climb then over the the WW. over to tibradden and down legends DH. over to Prince willies, up and up to Raven rock then down Bag of chips. on to the road and back towards the leadmines. in for a quick lap of the club course then back on the road to Lamb.... and long deadly spin. the trails were really dry and great to ride... 4 hours door to door for me so nicely fooked now.

cheers lads, really enjoyed today.
Sounds deadly. Sick at the mo but looking forward to getting back out
Nice one Jack, you really put a spin together today, my foot hardly unclipped at any stage it just flowed so nicely. Im glad you wrote it out its a classic. 5 hours for me, once i got a snickers into me i made it home no bother, nicely wrecked. Nice one chaps.
Nice one jack had I known u were going out that long I would have joined u. I'm training for Belgium so did 105km and 1650m in 4 hours on my new roadbike. Great spin cheers
I'm glad you enjoyed it Canto and great to see you back out after the 'Op' the trails being dry just made it easy to keep things moving...

its ok Terry i know lots of people are training for different races and events, which is great. So its hard to suit everyone and sometimes doing your own things is just easier.. but as i'm only on the XC bike at the moment im up for some long spins.
Ok maybe next weekend we can do a big one and I'll drag along as many of the Belgium heads as possible
Yep I'd be up for an Easter Sunday marathon spin for sure! Maybe towards Glendo!but hey not fussy!
Great spin cheers Jack. All single track nicely linked up and the descent of the scalp finished of a great spin.looking forward to the next one.
