Tues lambs 6:30 -xc spin- THE FAMOUS TUESDAY LOOP

We were chatting on Sunday and talk was of getting the Tuesday loop back on the go maybe with a few alteration that Colm Patterson has planed something about taking the devils elbow and Fred's field on the way back I'm not a 100% sure of the details.

Plan is to stick together this Tuesday and make sure that everyone knows the root, then after that it will be hell for leather every Tuesday!

It would be great to get as many people as possible on these and it would be great to get at least two group of varying speeds maybe one leaving at 6:15 ish and 6:30

This is a great fun loop and has a bit of everything and will make you faster!!

Great to see the Tuesday Loops back.
Only problem is I always have to work Tuesday nights so won't be able to make these.
If any body is interested in doing this on a Monday night as instead let me know and we can follow the Tuesday Loop route and times.

Hi Ben I would be interested in doing mon. I know I am no use to you for this spin but we might be able to get a mon group going on it and we can adjust the start times for fitness etc.

Got as far as rathfarnham. Soaked and freezing so headed home. I have a good plan for the route that will drop out close to the devils elbow. We can chat about it after the club race on Thursday

Fecking disaster last night heavens opened at 6 so myself and Colm decided to call it off! But it will be all units go next Tuesday! See you all Thursday

And there was me after cycling over in the monsoon, all ready for the new tues loop, and you lads bailed cause of a bit of drizzle tut tut! Actually chris I think I saw you driving past Marley laughing your head off :)
I ended cycling up past the goat thing, across the mountain, frost bite and trench foot set in at that stage so went down dream track and home!

I saw you just as i was leaving on my spin.. I though you were meeting other people otherwise I would have dragged you along on my deadly awesome spin.
