Im not going to ballyhoura so going to go for a spin. I think its going to be a nice day so was thinking djouce for 9 am, over to sugarloaf , down to kindlestown and GOD and back to djouce.

Gardai on the scene of more cars broken into when we arrived at djouce yesterday. We didn't let that deter us though some great dry trails in djouce, kindles town and GOD. 30k ish great spin thanks all.
Nice long spin 3.5 hrs spin, can feel it in my legs today. Lovin Caroline's new "white trash" image with the sleeveless vest.
The mountain goat is nearly back on form, making those hill climbs look easy.
