Well, another great open mountain spin, around Ballinascorney, have not been up there in 20 years back in the days of rigid steel hardtails, 21gears, and canti's!

As we got back to the Blue Gardnia, myself and Terry decided to go for a spin up around Slade valley, bumped into the Imbrc guys doing some trailbuilding for there club Enduro races....

40k, just over 3 hours moving time and 1,133m of climbing so not too bad at all!
