Sunday 12 July cooley thriller lap

Me Chris and Erica are leaving Carlingford community centre at 9.30 for a lap of the thriller route. 60 km, 1800 m climbing around 4 hours. Bring food spares etc. Il put up a map to the start point later.

Yep no problemmo. Would love to hook up with the chu chuchulain lads for a guided day. So many great looking trails everywhere you look

Yea, there was a bunch of Worccies up there a few weeks ago who got a guided tour from the local club, don't think any of them had a Garmin though, so no Gpx file.. :(
