I am heading up to rostrevoir to get some miles in before the triller next sat plan lap of red followed by lap of black or one of the other trails
will be leaving the car park at 10-30

How long are you going out for I only have a trance one so, nice and easy ok come back to me

red loop about 2 hours
black loop about 1.40
down hill trails about 35 min up and down each
all at a pace to suit all
