Harri, I should've gone on your beginner spin!!! In fairness that was deadly, really enjoyed it and a nice short spin to ease me back in, 42km and 1250m climbing! Flipping hell, at one stage I thought I was gonna puke. Then the cramps kicked in! Thanks terry for the gel and cake bar, just the kick I needed to get me back from ballinastoe. Everyone flying it (except me) in advance of the champs next week. Nice one gang and thanks Niall for the coffee :)
