Can make it out Sunday so doing a long one Saturday,

Lambs to Balinastoe on the ww and possible further, going to stop at powerscourt to refuel.
Pace will be steady no stopping and plenty of climbing.

Jazus I'm banjoed after that. 4 hours solid and I was at the back the whole time.and the lads kept going. Forgot my garmin but easy 64k. The weather was amazing I'd say Oscar is still pedalling!!

Great spin today with nipples, doris, Ben, Chris and rudolph. Around 70 km with 2000 m climbing. Great weather for it.

Still buzzing after that spin lovely day for needed the refuel at ballinastoe the road home was hard going but we made good time! That's should set me up for the marathon champs. Great craic the whole way thanks lads! Now Terry get signed up for rostrevor you'll be well able for it going to be a cracker.
