Thanks a million lads, fantastic spin, great pace loads of trails and Craic... Doris Bon Ben Colm Dave and myself, lit up the evening with some brilliant skills from all the lads but I think bon showed us how to do it in style, I was getting some cracking chicken runs in, which is not easy, Dave and Colm kept up the style and Ben kept up the pace, Doris came out with us for a break, which is just funny in its self... But in fairness we really got going tonight, continuing our improvement and nailing down our route. Hope you all enjoyed it as much as me, now for two burgers in a panini if you don't mind, classy.

Great spin lads. Bon with that new bike throwing up dust in my face, meeting Richie and the boys, and then Ben...sommersaults over the bars. What a night!
