Sunday 9th handy spin

Can't get out on Saturdays at the moment and fancy a spin on Sunday but seeing as I am not fit and nearly died during the week from man flu/Ebola There is no point in me joining the regular fast paced Sunday spin.
I am going to do a couple of hours in either three rock or Leadmines if anyone fancies the spin.
I am thinking 9am Lambs.

Let me know if anyone fancies it otherwise I will do my own thing.

Nice one, only Gareth, Brian and myself. Poor Gareth was still suffering from the after effects of the Ebola Virus but fair play he hung in. Very quick 90 mins but some good ground covered in that time. Bon nailed all the jumps on the jump trail, obviously me a Gareth did too just nobody saw us! It's always nice to finish down dream, damn runners ruining the flow tho! Thanks people.
