Now, Where's Rafal? perfect time to come back to Wednesdays! From here (El Shop Del Corner) we'll motor up to the scalp & do some downhill fun - if dry enough - Cathy Gallagher's Farm and bake shop then test track in reverse ('cause we can) then the club course, then the quarry, then the road over the hilly bit, then back along by the gorse, then the steep climb, the log of doom, the hedge of incontinence and the gully of dreams

it's off the hook and i haven't even swung the leg over the bike yet! !!

Count in me, although I'm not quite looking forward to the hedge of incontinence

Yes I will be there. No rain this week, please!! Will be cycling from the house so wait for me

look forward seeing all your new moves will expect to see 360's in the air and fancy twirls ..........still waiting to see what Erica learned at her ice skating classes

As I said before I am afraid of the dark especially when I go beyond the last street lamp enjoy wrap up well very cold out there this morning in the fog

I got seal skinz gloves and socks and new gore tex boots, so gimme all ya got winter! But maybe don't gimme rain or too much cold!

Yea con the gala shop on the corner, park at lambs tho. Al got in trouble for parking there

I'm here early. So excited pulling wheelies outside the front of the shop. The dude is going ape. Still : no fog. Life's good

I'm afraid terry my ice skating skills are more rudimentary than that. I managed to stay upright until the end when the guy me to finish up as I didn't want to stop. He stood in my way and I lost balance and fell backwards and hit my head. Still feeling a bit dizzy. It's cold out there tonight, hope ye enjoyed it.

Thanks all. First night spin of the year for me. Enjoyed that, few spills & thrills. Hope to make a few more Wednesdays

that was fun until the ground tried to kill Caroline. Hope you are ok. Very cold night on the way home, wow!

Trails were riding great and relatively dry considering - good fun! great to have Ronan on board. where were all the other folks?

Erica needs to break open the piggy bank for some new tyres and a light!
