Good spin and not nearly as cold as it was this morning. Myself, Colm, Dave, Doris and Ben did a steady two hours around 3 rock, taking in a few different routes to avoid rock n roller, etc. Had a huge over the bars moment but landed in the nice soft heather to the side of the rocks, which is always a good result! Great to be out on a nice dry evening for a change.

Great spin tonight, I think Ben was the only one who did'nt fall off. Conditions on 3 rock are ok at the moment ,not too much schlomp.

That was a terrific spin last night with Brian, Ben, John and Colm.
Climbing the upper Metro backwards in the dark while maintaining a good pace is quite a challenge.
