Down with the flu since yesterday :( Must be from getting wet feet on Saturday and never warming up properly in the cold wet weather we had. Enjoy. Hope I'm better for Saturday

I had me ole appendix out. Still i'm sick of not biking, so might make an ole appearance tonight!
