How's the head Chris?

Fast group out. I came off on Benchcut at the start and then just couldn't get it together after that. A few weeks around that route and we'll be ready for anything.

What's the route? will be on these when I get my rear wheel sorted

The head is perfect, slide off the bike at the bottom of rock ride after loosing the back wheel and caught the helmet on the ground (rather then a full on smack) which pulled out all the plastic fitting the hold it to your head meaning it was very loose and going all over the place so went back the red road instead of stage 5. But all is good now fixed the helmet and all.

Good spin and some pace from the start flat to the mat through Djouce, and a great crew out for a Tuesday night.
