Ben - don't forget to overfill your brakes hydraulic system creating drag on the brake at all times - this gives us 2 benefits:
1. it might slow you down
2. we might be able to keep up

I'm sitting in my car at the golden ball ready to go. Is anyone still coming?

Ronan just arrived. We will hang on for you Harri for 5 or 10 mins

Good lash around the leadmines this evening. Managed not to get too lost without our glorious leader. Up barnasligan, quick loop of the downhill track, over to katys on the path, down by the boxing ring, up the rutted climb, turn 180 and around the hill. Up the lane, past the pylons and joined the club course at the felled trees. Headlight went into low power for an eventful barnasligan decent. Hit the ejector button a few times on the way down. All good fun

Ciaran made a surprise arrival, so then we had three.

Was afraid at the start we would be lost without Harri but Ronan seems to know his way around those woods like the Blair witch. It was Ciaran's maiden voyage on a night spin. He was a bit scared of the dark but he managed to tear it up.

It was 9pm when we got back to the Golden Ball so a good 2.5 hours spin.
