be a good idea to park at lambs and ride across to merry ploughboy...

spin will leave merry ploughboy at 9.30 sharp and we will be heading off road to djouce and back to lambs on the road

Mega spin, we took went up Masseys across through cruagh up the legends xc down the legends dh then of along the Wicklow way to djouce and back on the road, about 55k for me tough start with the climbing but kept it steady all day, fair play to all the lads not an easy day.
I was totally spent by the time I got home

Glad I didn't join u. I'm not ready for such distance/time at the moment. Great day for it.

Fair play lads , savage stuff but too much for me too.

great spin yesterday the legs were wrecked but made it through. Tough start up through masseys and didn't get a whole lot easier. Back at work now to recover them weekend on the bike would take it out of you. Thanks Lads
