Saturday 7th Road Spin

4,5h weather permitting, approximately 120km with a coffee break half way. I'll post a route later in the week (depending on the wind direction etc.)

Going Baltinglass direction first, there is a southerly wind forecast so planning on having a tailwind home from Roundwood.

Great spin, we did the route as planned, despite the strong winds. 140km round trip, finished tired but not bollixed, lovely weather and tailwind on the way home helped a lot!

Next Saturday I'm doing my last of the big road spins (160km) then moving on to more intense sessions.

Yep great spin today thanks Max for taking the lead! Was gojng grand most of the way but I was definitely fooked coming back by Rathmicheal! Sleve Mann was tough going too!great to have the magic carrot cake in Laragh and the tail wind home! I'm fairly sure that is the longest spin I have every done!
