Today Friday afternoon spin anyone?

I'm going for an Enduro type of spin around 3 Rock at about 15:30 today if anyone fancies it.
I'm going to drive up to the car park at the bottom of the lower metro as I'm lazy and have a touch of killer man flu.
The pace will handy with as much going down as possible and easy climbing so everyone is welcome.

I always post up these random spins and no one ever comes but hey I'll keep trying. In saying that the last spin I posted up I didn't show up myself so who knows what might happen!

I'll be up there at 5pm if that suits anyone better?

That's why I post when I get out like this Caroline. I only go on the occasional club spin so when I head out I sometimes post in the hope that someone will join me. The odd time I'll meet someone while I'm out but Its always better fun than on your own.
