I'll be running the spin this evening as Roo is out of action this week.

Last Thursday spin before the club league starts! So it's 3 Rock again as we will be seeing plenty of the leadmines in the coming weeks.

Trails should be in great shape, and you probably won't even need a light.

Very enjoyable blast around 3 Rock with Colm, Phil and Dave . All the way up to fairy castle with great views and all the way back down again with a few bits in between and a beautiful sunset in the mist at the end. Thanks lads.

Pity Ciaran the triathlete couldn't join us, he seemed like great craic.

That was a lovely spin last night and a good opportunity to get back in the saddle.
Dry trails, glorious weather and a nice bit of exercise.
Not surprised the triathlon lads want to join us.
