That was an epic spin. Nearly 50k and all at a good pace. Some crack as Doris proclaims that he's not getting his feet wet on "bog of death". As he's saying it, he goes over the bars. Does some form of ballet leg splits to avoid the stinking puddle. Almost does a "graham".The Feet were soaked and to top it off his forks snapped in two. O how we laughed.
So we left his sorry azz and headed on to powerscourt for sweets and cola before getting dragged home by Alfie on the road. Deadly one lads cheers.

Deadly spin just over 60k for me and I never laughed as many!
Coke and a bar in powers court did the trick for me to get home some pissing and moaning out of the old lads though!

Very funny lads, but it was like Clarkson, May and Hammond at prince willies seat today. After the incident, Niall could not advise because he has the hot flushes like a oul one , Terry wanted me to weld the fork..but I reminded him I was in a hurry this morning and I forgot to pack a welder in my camel back. Then , it was the ingenuity by Alfie , (without consultation), that he removed the Velcro from my mucky nutz fender bender and covered the crack and hey voila fork fixed, a real eureka moment!
I continued down the mountain with full confidence in that fork...Thanks Alfie.

LOL. Doris I'm not going to be able to sleep now. 😅
